We used a couple of different shades of brown to create each letter block. And a few different shades of green for the grass. To create the grass we first used graph paper to layout our design, then cut out the shape we wanted and traced it on the green card stock.
For the letters we downloaded the font "Minecrafter 2.0" then we made the letters the size
we wanted using word art in Microsoft Publisher (to make the "A" a "creeper": Type shift and A). Next we printed them out and traced them on different shades of blue card stock.
Finally we used rubber cement glue to paste everything together.
To hang the banner we used twine.
