Chocolate Chip S'more Cookies

These cookies are so amazing!  The s'more stuffing pretty much soaks in and makes them extra thick and soft in the middle, just the way I like it! :)

Make the dough using your favorite recipe.  I used the recipe on the Gold Medal flour bag, but substituted almond extract for vanilla, and it worked great.

Spoon some dough onto your pan.  I used a melon baller and it was a good amount.  Onto the dough, place a graham cracker square.  Top it with two mini marshmallows.  Cover it with more dough.

 Bake according to instructions (350 for 11-13 mins) but it was closer to 11.  They stay nice and round and don't expand much at all.
