This is what happens when you make a bunch of paper fan medallions and put them all together. :)
See the tutorial here. The biggest one was made with 6 sheets of 8.5 x 11 kraft paper.
It makes a really fun backdrop for a party in coordinating colors with the theme. We mounted these on a foam core board using pins. The foam core board was attached to the brick wall on an existing nail by making a hole in the board and hanging it. The extra medallions that were also on the wall were stuck with sticky tack.
